Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing to conference@dsf.net.au.

Cancellations made on or before 9 April 2026 will result in a refund of the conference fee less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made between 10 April 2026 and 23 April 2026 will result in a refund of 50% of the conference fee.
Cancellations made after 24 April 2026 will not be refunded.
